Subscribing to Your Shifts
ScheduleLord gives you a private calendar feed of your shifts. Add it to a calendar app once, and the app keeps your shifts up to date as your schedule changes.
The feed link is unique to you. Anyone who has it can see your shifts, so don't share it.
Find your feed link
Your Export to calendar link is on your dashboard and on your settings page.
Some calendar apps open this link for you, and others need you to paste it in. The steps below say which.
Apple Calendar
- Click Export to calendar.
- When your Mac or iPhone asks to subscribe to the calendar, confirm.
Google Calendar
Google Calendar can't open the link directly, so you add it from the web.
- Right-click Export to calendar and choose Copy link address.
- Paste the link somewhere you can edit it, and change
webcal://at the start tohttps://. - In Google Calendar, click + next to Other calendars, then choose From URL.
- Paste the edited link and click Add calendar.
Google refreshes subscribed calendars on its own schedule, so new shifts can take several hours to appear.
Outlook
- Click Export to calendar. If Outlook offers to add the calendar, confirm.
- If nothing happens, copy the link address as above, change
webcal://tohttps://, then in Outlook choose Add calendar → Subscribe from web and paste it.
Stop receiving updates
Remove the subscribed calendar from your calendar app. Your shifts in ScheduleLord are not affected.
