Permanent account deletion​

After 60 days of closing the account, the user's records is permanently deleted.

  • The user's personal data (name, email) is deleted from the global user database.
  • The user's organization memberships are deleted from the global organization database.
  • Organizations solely owned by the user are deleted.
    • Those organizations' Durable Object are deleted. (This contains org data like schedules, locations, billing, etc.)
  • The user's passkey credentials are deleted.
  • The user's Durable Object is deleted. (This contains user's personal data)
  • The org's Stripe customer is deleted from Stripe.
  • The user's PostHog identity is deleted.
